The Dillon Hotel and Bar is one of the legendary watering holes in Beaverhead County. This business consists of eight hotel rooms, a small apartment and the recently remodeled bar. The "Dillon" as it's referred to by the locals, has been in the same family for 58 years and has a very loyal following.
This is one of the only establishments which see clientele from all walks of life and all ages, the atmosphere is second to none. If you are looking to own an established business with an impeccable history, this is the place for you.
Upstairs above the bar are eight hotel rooms. There are sinks in seven of the eight rooms and the main bathroom is at the end of the hall. These rooms have a 90% occupancy rate and the owners have a waiting list quite often.
There is a quaint little apartment on the ground floor of the building. This apartment has a living room, nice kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. This is a comfortable apartment and is almost always occupied.
The bar was remodeled in 1996. A new walk-in cooler and handicap accessible bathrooms were added in 1996 and new roof was added in 1995. All of the windows except the main street window have been replaced. The compressor in the basement was replaced in 1997 and a new compressor was added for behind the bar in 2005. A new water cooled ice machine was added in 2000.
The Dillon Hotel and Bar has an all beverage liquor license and a gaming license. Presently there are five vendor owned machines in the facility but the license allows for twenty.
